How do I verify my identity?
To verify your account, all you need to do is to log in to your account using your BankID.
- If your registered account details match the details registered on your BankID, your PartyCasino account gets verified successfully upon login.
- If there is a mismatch between your account details and the details registered on your BankID the verification cannot be completed and we’ll require you to send us a copy of your ID document (passport, national identity card or driving license) to update your account details. You can send us documents via:
- Our online uploader tool
- Android and iOS apps
- Email – documents@partycasino.se
- If you send us your document, we will need to verify it and update your account details, which may take up 24 hours.
- Once your documents have been verified and your account details have been updated, you will be able to log in with your personal ID number and your BankID to complete the verification. After this, your account will be fully verified and activated.
You will have a 30-day grace period to complete the verification via BankID. You will be able to deposit up to SEK 11.825 and bet with our full complement of sports betting and casino games – however, you will not be able to withdraw your winnings until the verification of your account is completed.
